                中醫教你正確吃大棗

                有人說脾胃虛弱▼不適合吃大棗,中醫講那是你沒吃對。

                   大棗熟吃易消化更補身ぷ大棗具有很好的補中益氣、養血安■神的作用,但生棗的外◤皮堅硬ㄨ難以消化,果肉中也含有較多的鞣酸會造成胃結石。經過¤熟制以後,大棗更容易消化,營養成分的吸收利用率也提█高了,而且補益效果更強,十分適合脾胃虛弱的人。

                   紅棗蒸山藥補氣養胃:將山藥洗凈削去外皮,切成滾刀塊盛入碗中,撒上白糖和紅棗。然後大火燒開蒸鍋,放入盛有紅棗山藥的大碗,蓋上蓋蒸30分鐘左右,直至山藥熟糯即可。這樣吃∑能夠補氣養胃、延年益壽。
